    Not only do you have to set principles, but you also have to follow them even when it’s most challenging. You need to understand that ethical leaders are always transparent in their decisions and would never compromise their values for personal or professional benefit.

    An example of integrity is when a leader refuses to engage in corrupt practices, even if it means losing a profitable contract for the team.

    Trustworthiness
